Bryan Clifton

After graduating from Clemson University and a brief career in banking at BB&T, I joined my father in law’s home building business in 1999. In 2007 I started Clifton Custom Homes and then started working with Daniel in 2019.

Over the last 20+ years I’ve had the privilege of working on all types of projects but mainly focusing on higher end custom builds and remodeling projects. It is rewarding to work with clients and take their dreams and transform them into dwellings where years of memories are made.

Born and raised in the area, I not only enjoy improving the community with the value our projects bring but also enjoy serving on multiple local committees and have served as Chairman for the Lexington County Planning Commission.

Daniel Threadgill

As a fourth generation builder, I grew up on the job site learning the trades from my Father and other craftsmen. Early on in my life, a love for fine homebuilding and an uncommon level of craftsmanship became my driving force. Since 1999, I’ve been been building in different parts of the country. I value these times because my experience brings unique perspectives and design styles not seen in the midlands. I moved to Columbia in early 2015 and started a high end remodeling and custom millwork company.

Bryan and I joined our teams and talents to create what we believe is the most creative and comprehensive building experience in Columbia.
