1. MEET
We never take lightly the amount of time and financial commitment the project you are considering will take and our intent is to help you make the best decisions for you and your family. We feel there needs to be a comfort level for all involved and why an initial meet and greet is essential to help determine, based on the scope of the project and our process, if we are a good fit before we move to the next step,
2. DESIGN
Here is where we begin to bring value to your project, whether it is your first build or you’ve been involved in previous projects, we strive to make the design and decision making process stress free and enjoyable. At this phase we enter into our Pre Construction Agreement and we listen to what you want and then we bring our years of experience to design and provide detailed plans that meet those needs that also fit within the budget you provided. Then we take either our plans or the ones you have provided and give you a detailed breakdown of pricing and specifications needed for permits and final contracts to construct.
3. BUILD
The last phase is where we enter into a construction contract and we handle each phase of the construction process. We take all the work and decisions made during the Design Phase and use it as a playbook to complete your project. We are confident you will enjoy the overall experience of working with us and our experienced team of craftsman and vendors in creating your distinctive dwelling.
